Simple Flashing Circuit.

This is actually for beginners of electronics. If you know to design circuits or read them ignore this.
But if you're a beginner, try to understand how this circuit works.



Without using C828 you can use C1061 which will give you more power.

With C1061 You can light 30 LEDs with Max brightness and can increase upto 40 LEDs
but if you do so 2 caps have to replaced by 1000uf or near to that value.

By changing the value of resistors you can change the timing of the circuit.

Actually this contains 2 simple time delay circuits. nothing complex.
Try to understand.

Great 100W+100W Power Amplifier (LJM MX50)

For a Band practice or for a special occasion, we need a more powerful amplifier. For this purpose best and cheap amps are Chinese DIY kits.

They work great and sounds like a original amplifier.

Actually i made a good amp using a LJM MX50 DIY kit i got from e-Bay.
It cost me only 30 dollars with the shipping charges.

Actually it comes with 2 mono boards. using 2 separate transformers and power supply units to 2 boards will give you a best quality amp.

I used two 28 volt 3 A transformers. 28 volt transformer gives about 36 V when it's converted to DC.

7"*4" heat sink will be enough with a 3" computer fan.

Its powerful enough to drive a 500 W column in its maximum sound.If you drive it with the computer or a sound mixer, you do not need a pre-amplifier.

Great Stereo 100W (50W+50W) Amplifier STK 4191-II

Great Stereo 100W (50W+50W) Amplifier


This is build using STK 4191-II
Actually its a good Amp for house use, with a good quality and power if you use a original STK 4191-II  IC

As I'm writing this for Sri Lankan's you can buy a good quality PCB from CROWN PCB produces which comes with a great tone control and a pre-amp.
I've once used that, and it was really great and i have some pictures of it. 
It's really dusty because i haven't used it for some time, but it still works.

This will cost you about Rs. 1500 with the original IC without the transformer. You should use Dual supplies 28V 3A transformer. It's price varies but normally it cost around 1000 /=.
My most preferred way the heat sink is using a small one with a fan (computer fan which cost about rs.100)
Most importantly you should use this amp with a speaker protector, because any short circuit in the operation will blow you speakers.

Actually all STK Amplifiers are easy to build caz the have a small circuit.
for STK 4191-II here's the circuit,
Resistors:
R1, R18 - 1K/0.5W
R2, R4, R15,R17 - 39K/0.5W
R3, R8, R9, R16 - 1K/0.5W
R5, R13 - 2.2K/0.5W
R6, R14 - 2.2K/0.5W
R7, R11 -100Ω/0.5W
R10, R12 - 4.7Ω/2W

Capasitors:
C1, C14 - 470pf / Ceramic 
C2. C13 - 2.2uf/50V Electrolytic
C3, C12 -100uf/50V Electrolytic
C4, C10 - 47uf/50V Electrolytic
C5, C7, C11 -10uf/50V Electrolytic
C6, C9 - 0.1uf (104) Mylar
C8 - 100uf/50V Electrolytic


For Power Supply follow my previous post. 
For that use
    1). IN 54008 *4 diodes
    2). 4700uf / 50V Electrolytic caps
    3). Fuse before the tranformer

Today in the market you can't find the original IC however the replica ones works same as the original no much of a difference. and also in ebay there's a completed board with the IC. i will link it below.
